Senior Trip

Josh is getting ready to take off for Florida with a friend. It seems so strange that he is 18 years old and can go on his own. I am going to post a couple of pictures of him, when he was young and now that he is older. Pray that the Lord would keep them safe on their journey. They are going to spend the night with my Uncle Junior who just lost his wife (Aunt Nina) in January. I think it will be good for them to see one another. God Bless and keep on keeping on in the name of Jesus!

God is Good!!

I am grateful to still be able to hear the voice of God. I am grateful that He knows me and loves me anyway. I thank God that He is giving me a new beginning. I have opportunities for new relationships and a new direction in my life. I am excited to be going with my husband and over 100 other people to receive of God. The really awesome thing is that I don't know hardly anyone and I have no expectations, except I know it is God and an opportunity for me to draw nearer to Him. School is going fairly well, nerves get the best of me, but I am trying and I know God will honor that, He has a plan. I was able to have lunch today with a friend, someone I don't know very well yet, but I admire her and I am grateful that I had a few opportunities this past summer to spend time with her and see a different side of her and see what a hard worker she is not only for her family, but for the Lord as well. I know God will honor her faithfulness to Him and see her through anything. Pray for me and my family if the Lord would lead you to! Thanks and I will pray as the Lord leads as well!!!!

This is the snow falling tonight, big flakes. So beautiful, it is Spring now and you can't tell it by the weather. Thank you Lord for a beautiful sight!!!
